Overview
Due to nature and volatility of cryptocurrencies our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days (48 hours) after receiving the package. If 2 days (48 hours) have passed since you received an item from the shop, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (unopened and unused).
Refunds and reships
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your crypto wallet or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If you provided the wrong address during checkout, the address can be changed only if your order has not left our shipping department.
You can change the order address only on the same day until midnight (23:59 same day).
This means that for any order deemed complete that you have received the confirmation email for that your order is complete, you will not be able to change the address.
In short: you can not change the order shipping address once the order is complete.
We are not responsible if you provide the wrong shipping details. These orders will NOT be reshipped or refunded.
Note: Any addresses without house numbers or addressed to hotels/or renting facilities will also be deemed un-refundable or un-reshippable
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items on Sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or if you have received the wrong package. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through the contact form and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
